The following roster of recent projects and assignments provides a cross-section of the type of work that we are called upon to perform. One of the most important things we have learned in our many years of conducting parking consulting services is that no two projects nor clients are alike. We take pride in custom-designing every assignment to meet the unique goals and objectives of our clients.
Ongoing Consulting Services to the Morristown Parking Authority
Level G provides high level parking consulting services to the Morristown (NJ) Parking Authority including parking garage feasibility studies, shared parking modeling, financial modeling and annual report preparation, among others. The MPA is one of the most active and highest functioning parking authorities in the United States.
Lindenhurst Village Parking Study
The Village of Lindenhurst (NY) is in the midst of an impressive period of growth and economic development. Level G recently completed a parking study of downtown Lindenhurst and continues to provide advice and guidance with respect to the implementation of recommended parking management strategies.
Downtown Riverhead Parking Study
Level G has recently been conducting parking studies and a parking garage feasibility study in downtown Riverhead, NY. These studies are in response to past and anticipated future growth and investment in downtown Riverhead.
Ongoing Consulting Services to the Montclair Planning Board
Level G is entering its tenth year of providing parking consulting services to the Montclair (NJ) Planning Board. Montclair is an active and progressive community that is in the middle of a period of significant growth and investment. During this period, Level G has evaluated a number of large redevelopment projects.
Parking Management Plan for the Town of Southampton, NY
The Town of Southampton is home to some of the most beautiful beaches, bays and parks in the United States. The Town’s Parks & Recreation Department owns and operates over 3,800 parking spaces located in 41 separate facilities including bathing beaches, water accessible parks and beach access roads. Level G has been working with the Town to develop and implement a technologically advanced parking management and enforcement system.
Montefiore Nyack Hospital
Level G recently completed a parking garage feasibility study for Montefiore Nyack Hospital in Nyack (NY).
Comprehensive Parking Studies
Over the past five years Level G has completed comprehensive downtown parking studies, including counts and/or special evaluations in downtown Summit (NJ), Bound Brook (NJ), Dover (NJ), Mineola (NY), Roslyn (NY), Port Jefferson (NY) and Floral Park (NY), among others.
Bound Brook TOD Parking Impact Study
Level G recently completed a parking study evaluating the impacts of a series of new and proposed redevelopment projects in the vicinity of the train station in downtown Bound Brook (NJ). The study contemplates and sizes a new developer funded parking structure that would serve several proposed projects as well as existing commuter and downtown parking activity.
