Our public clients include towns, villages, parking authorities, and other governmental entities. Our private clients include hospitals, universities, developers, and A/E firms who, for example, need specialized expertise with respect to shared parking modeling or parking garage planning / conceptual design.
Founder & President
Founder & President
Gerard Giosa is the founder and president of Level G Associates, a New York based Parking & Transportation Consulting firm. He holds a bachelor of science degree in Economics and has over 30 years of consulting experience throughout the United States and Canada.
Mr. Giosa is one of the leading parking experts in the United States and co-author of “Parking Matters: Designing, Operating, and Financing Structured Parking in Smart Growth Communities” (ULI; NJDCA). He has served as an instructor at Monmouth University’s Kislak Real Estate Institute and the International Parking Institute’s Parking Administrator Certification (CAPP) Program.
Mr. Giosa was lead parking consultant for six projects that received NJ Futures Smart Growth Redevelopment Awards. Over the past several years he has been active in the development of parking and transportation programs in Patchogue, Bay Shore, Mineola, Lindenhurst, Nyack, Southampton and other communities in the New York metropolitan area.
In New Jersey, Giosa is on-call parking consultant to the Morristown Parking Authority and the Montclair Planning Board.
